Local trip to the Fire Station

Walking to the station with the volunteer parents, meeting the firefighters and talking about what they do and how they help us, going in the fire engine and hearing the siren go off, putting on the firefighter jacket and helmet and pretending to be firefighters, and holding/shooting the water hose.

Trip to the Farm

Going on the bus with the children and the parents, observing all the animals and naming them, touching/feeding the animals, washing hands regularly, and seeing the plants, flowers, fruits, and vegetables.
